1. Temperature setting: press the key, the first digit on the left in the SV window is flashing, and then press the () key successively to move the digits to 000.00X digit, 000.0X digit, 000.X digit, ones digit, tens digit and hundreds digit. For example: when pressing 000.00X bit, 000.00X bit digit flashes. At this time, press () and () to set the digit. After setting, then set the value of 000.0X bit, 000.X bit, ones bit, tens bit and hundreds bit successively. To get the temperature setting you need. After setting, press the key again to automatically save the set data.

 

2. Measurement correction: hold down the key for more than 5 seconds, and let go after the PV window displays LOC, then press () to adjust the number in SV window to 100000, and then press again, and the PV window displays SC. SV window displays as: 000.000, and the left digit flashes.

Compare liquid temperature data from thermometers (mercury or high precision digital thermometers) with the temperature data shown, and correct the measurement. For example, the display temperature is 30.540℃, and the measured temperature data is 30.600℃. Then, press () key to move to 0.0X bit flash, press () or () key to set to 000.060. That is, the corrected value of the measured value = the measured temperature value - the displayed temperature value. That is, if the measurement correction is -0.60, the correction value should be set to -00.060. Then press the button for more than 5 seconds to exit, and the data will be automatically saved.

Setting of upper deviation value: hold down the key for more than 5 seconds, and let go after the PV window displays LOC, then press () to adjust the number in SV window to 100000, and then press twice, and the PV window displays the word "HA". SV window displays as: 000.000, and the left digit flashes.

After setting the upper deviation value, press the key again, and LA is displayed in the PV window. The same method can be used to set the lower deviation value. After setting, press and hold the key for more than 5 seconds to exit saving data. If the upper and lower deviation values are set as 001.00 and the setting temperature is 60℃, the temperature deviation range is 60℃±1℃. When the temperature is lower than 59℃, the LA alarm lamp will be on. When the temperature is higher than 61℃, HA alarm lamp will be on.

3. PID parameter correction: the constant temperature tank manufacturer will adjust LOC to ****** (password provided by our company), and then adjust P, I and D to the required value.

4. Determine voltage compensation rate F: when other factors remain unchanged, if the power supply fluctuates, the temperature of the constant temperature tank will fluctuate. Therefore, voltage compensation is introduced in this instrument to reduce the influence of grid voltage, so voltage compensation rate F is derived. When not cooled, the value is fixed and has been adjusted in the factory. What the user needs to adjust is F with refrigeration, which is determined by the inherent characteristics of the constant temperature tank and needs to be determined under the guidance of the manufacturer. It is generally 13, and the debugging password is modified with PID.

5. It is determined by the idled temperature rise of the constant temperature tank (that is, the temperature rise after 1 hour of time and space rotation without refrigeration or heating) t, E≥ t+2℃, and the debugging password is corrected with PID.

6. Operation: after setting the data, the device will run according to the set data. The OUT light means that the heating is on, and the COOL light means that the refrigeration system is working. If the temperature is set below the liquid temperature in the tank, the refrigeration system will be in a normally open state, at which time the heating system will compensate the temperature. When the setting temperature is higher than the liquid temperature or room temperature, please turn off the cooling system and use the heating system alone.
