BRTW Series Brittleness Temperature Tester | Low Temperature Testing Bath for Rubber Material produced by BuenoBiotech Instrument is a compressor refrigeration equipment developed according to the national standard GB / T 15256-1994 《determination of low temperature brittleness of vulcanized rubber (multi sample method)》. The rubber material low temperature brittleness testing bath is a special instrument for measuring the highest temperature of vulcanized rubber when it is damaged by impact under specified conditions. This equipment adopts the refrigeration technology of cascade compressor, uses the principle of heat balance and circulation stirring mode to achieve the automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, and can fully meet the temperature control indexes specified in the national standard GB / t229-94.
The brittleness temperature is the highest temperature of vulcanized rubber when it is damaged by impact under specified conditions. The low temperature brittleness test instrument can be used to evaluate the performance of non rigid plastics and other elastic materials at low temperature. Structure Principle
1. The equipment is composed of refrigeration compressor body, heating device, electric
control box, cooling bath, cooling medium circulation system and automatic alarm device.
