BPTW Series Brittleness Temperature Tester | Low Temperature Testing Bath for Plastics is a compressor refrigeration instrument developed by BuenoBiotech according to the requirements for GB1682 national standard. The maximum temperature at which the sample is damaged by impact under the specified conditions, that is, the brittleness temperature, can be used to comparatively evaluate the performance of plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. The brittle temperature and low temperature properties of vulcanized rubbers of different rubber materials or different formulations can be determined. Therefore, it is indispensable in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and their products, and the control of production processes. The instrument is designed according to GB1682 national standard, and the technical indicators meet the requirements of HG 2-162-1965 plastic low temperature impact compression test method and GB5470-2008 plastic impact embrittlement temperature test method.

Structure Principle
1. The equipment consists of the main body of the refrigeration compressor, heating device,
electronic control box, cooling tank, cooling medium circulation system, automatic alarm device, etc.
