How to Connect the External Circulation of Thermo Circulating Bath

2. Selection of liquid medium:

A. At 5℃ to 85℃, pure water is generally used as the liquid medium.

B. When the working temperature is 85℃ or above, Methyl silicone oil  is generally used as the liquid medium.

C. When the operating temperature is above 95℃, the selected oil's flash point value should be higher than the operating temperature above 15℃.

A. Connection of internal circulation pump, connect the outlet pipe with the hose of the inlet pipe (with a hose randomly).

B. The external circulation pump is connected to the external circulation. The hose of the outlet pipe is connected to the inlet of the tank external container, and the inlet pipe is connected to the outlet of the tank external container.

4. When using thermostatic circulating bath, such as the working temperature >100℃, it is recommended that the external connection of circulating pump should adopt metal pipe.

5. Plug in and turn on the "main power" switch.
