Pratical Skiils of Ultrasonic Processor
1. Remember not to ultrasonic in the air. This is very important. There is such an example, when the lifting rod of the ultrasonic processor is not inserted into the test sample, it starts to work. After a few seconds of ultrasonic in the air, the noise of the ultrasonic processor increases in the whole process of later application. Remember not to let the ultrasonic crusher ultrasonic in the air, the longer the time is, the greater the damage to the equipment.
2. The water depth of the lifting rod (ultrasonic probe) of the ultrasonic processor :1.4cm up and down, the liquid level height width ratio of the ultrasonic crusher should be above 30mm, and the ultrasonic probe should be vertical and in the middle without sticking to the wall. Ultrasonic wave is vertical longitudinal wave, which is inserted too deep to produce heat convection, which hinders high efficiency work.
3. Main parameters of ultrasonic processor: please refer to the user manual to set the main parameters of the equipment, especially the main parameters of time, ultrasonic output power and the selection of utensils.
Time regulation: each time of ultrasonic processing should not be too long, preferably not more than 5 seconds, and the interval time should be greater than or equal to the ultrasonic time, which is beneficial to heat release.
Output power requirements: not suitable for large, too large to make the test sample splash or froth.
Vessel selection: select as many measuring cups as there are test objects, which is also conducive to the heat convection of test objects in ultrasound, and improve the work efficiency.
4. In daily maintenance, clean the ultrasonic probe with ethanol or clean the ultrasonic processor with cold water after use.
